If you’re here, chances are, you’ve had to “get your sh*t together” more than once.

Hey, me too.
I could tell you this with labels — as a mixed race, queer, neurodivergent, transgender man with a blue collar upbringing, and a history of chronic illness, addiction, and trauma.
Or I could just say it in simpler terms: Life gave me the CVS receipt of struggles. And I didn’t expect to survive any of it.
Yet at 33 years old, after (yet another) near death experience, something finally clicked for me: If I wasn’t going to die, I was going to have to fight.
What I’ve learned is that this process of putting ourselves back together doesn’t have to be torturous — it can be transformative, powerful, and even joyful.
But we can’t do that work alone. We have to do it in relationship. And for many of us, we’re not very practiced in that.
My work as a coach and guide is to support folks in deepening their relationship to themselves — mind, body, and spirit — so they can show up authentically and in their power.
(And guess what? If you’re still alive, you’re a survivor of something. And if you’re a survivor, you’ve got more power than you realize.)

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your relevant experience? 🍋
I have worked as a mental health educator, community wellness advocate, and peer support coach since 2010.
My work is deeply rooted in lived experience.
I am mixed race (3rd gen Maltese American, with my experience most closely aligned with the Southwest Asian and North African [SWANA] diaspora).
I am a queer, transgender man.
I was raised outside of any church or religious institution, which gives me a very unique perspective.
My own spirituality is rooted in a combination of folk magic traditions (especially those connected to the ancestors indigenous to the Maltese islands) and what I’ve picked up studying over the years.

Is this mental health treatment? 🧠
No, it is not.
Of course, spiritual coaching can be a meaningful addition to someone’s support system!
And, I highly encourage you to seek out a licensed mental health provider if you are looking to treat or manage a specific condition.
If you need to find a provider, I recommend using the Liberatory Wellness Network, or try a Facebook group within your local community.
You might also consider using Headway, the Body Trust Provider Directory, or Open Path Collective.
